Customer service is nil. Left messages galore on answer phone, no one returned calls, finally answered an email asking for photos of the carpet they claimed was clean, then stated it was a permanent stain. Wouldn't come out to look at it, never mind clean it properly.

Cleaned my carpets ok, but I live on a private estate where you need a pass in your car. I gave my pass to the guy Danny to put in his van so he wouldn't get a parking ticket. When be finished he drove off with my pass, which was not all his fault as I forgot to ask him for it. However I have been trying to get my pass back without success. I didn't expect him to come back with it, I asked enviro clean to ask him to post it back to me as,my mother is in a wheel chair and I needed the pass back. We'll as of yet I haven't received it, I will just have to pay for another one which would of only cost him the price of a stamp.
