We purchased an Enviro Clean Pro back in November 2020. We were a little dubious about the idea of not having a water softener (hard water area) and only using the supplied combined cleaner and rinse aid. This cleaner is made from sugar cane. It works out cheaper and there is no salt or chemicals as far as I'm aware going into the environment. As for the results of the cleaning, perfect. Clean streak free glasses. Highly recommended.
