    Hassle free experience. Staff are friendly. Cars are good. The best part, they’ll not keep you waiting while refunding your security deposit. Note - the place is accessible from Paddington railway station. Please find out the way before you visit. Google map can confuse you to reach there.

    Rented a mini van for the day, to drive west into the country, sightseeing. Arrived to find the van covered in bird poop, but told the location was renovating and apologize for the pigeons... Manager pulled the van out of the parking spot to uncover a large pool of oil - not from our vehicle, we were assured. On the return to London, the check engine light came on and power to the engine was all but gone. Limping to a service station off the M, the engine was indeed out of oil. Returned the van same day. We had to ask the manager to repay us for the oil we purchased.
