    My recommendation is DO NOT USE ENTERPRISE. I'd recommend you hire from Sixt Car Hire, who are in the same building, Sixt provide 100% better, honest, customer service and provide reliable, clean cars. The Enterprise car wasn't clean and smelt foul when we hired it. The car had warning lights intermittently on and off that the car was in transport mode on the drive back to the airport. To top it all Enterprise hit us with a spurious damage claim as they knew we hadn't reduced our excess and we had taken their word that there was no damage when we hired it. Do not trust this company.

    I was so impressed with Enterprise Rent-A-Car Bishops Stortford. The staff went above and beyond my expectations and would be the main reason I would recommend renting from here. Unfortunately our flight was slightly delayed and the office should have shut at 5pm, fortunately Jeffrey and his colleague contacted me and stayed until we arrived to collect our rental. This saved us so much trouble and we were really grateful. The collection procedure was quick, easy and uncomplicated. The van, a long wheel based transit, was clean, comfortable, economical and a pleasure to drive. The drop off procedure was also made very simple by Jake who had contacted us the day before to ensure we knew when they closed. All in all I would thoroughly recommend Enterprise Rent-A-Car Bishops Stortford especially because of the staff I dealt with but also the quality of my rental vehicle.
