First of all, the address in Soho is not their physical address. If you ever want to chase your deposit back, you will only get through to their switch board who apparently "don't know" either, how to actually get in touch with EHS in a way that they would actually respond. I've mainly dealt with an agent who was very cooperative but who now has completely disappeared as well. I would simply say, be prepared to never see your money back.
