I like working at this company, though it's a bit far and not so convenient from London where I live. But that's not their fault. The offices are lovely and well kept.

Your Extortion Team are trying to screw me out of nearly £10k for your defective car claiming we crashed it! We would have noticed if we crashed it don't you think? The car had full insurance and we did nothing to it before it broke down. You have no proof that we damaged the car - because we didn't do it. So instead you are trying to threaten and bully us into paying through threatening letters from solicitors trying to get a settlement. Why don't you put that on your advertising?

If you want your deposit back DON'T hire a car from Enterprise. I returned the car at the end of August and am still waiting, no amount of emails or contact seems to get them off their backsides to do the paperwork for my refund. When I picked the car up they were super efficient and couldn't do enough, take your money and run so to speak. But getting it back is another story. I would not recommend hiring a car from Enterprise

I would like to request a response from the management team of Enterprise regarding the addition of telematics into their rental cars and why this information is not shared with your customers unless it profits yourselves? I recently rented out a 9 seater. Picked it up with just under 3/4 tank of fuel and dropped it back with the same reading on fuel gauge. I was then told the exact reading using telematics was about 2.4 litres under and that I would be charged for it. So why is this information not shared with customers up front? You are charging customers extra when slightly under. Would you refund if I fuelled up over the pick-up reading? And if you don’t refund for the extra fuel, please explain how I can fuel exactly 2.4 litres to match my pick up reading? I paid c. £750 for my rental service. I sure am not paying £13 for the 2 litre deficit that I was not made aware of. More importantly, how many customers have you charged extra for fuelling and how many customers should you have refunded for them fuelling over and above what the telematics system said? This deserves some answers!
