Would not recommend terrible customer experience. I got a fine and they charged a admin fee to me despite the fine was contested and won. A admin fee for what! To send me an email it’s daylight robbery and they shouldn’t get away with it it’s always the people who have money or make money that get burnt!!!!!

Booked a month ahead with headoffice to hire car for 10 days whist my husbands car was in garage. Lack of communication between head office and WGC branch, very unprofessional, Car not ready on time. False information given regarding excess fees. No call back when promised. Complaints department was not helpful, Ended up costing me taxi fares due to their incompetence. Ended up hirering from another much better smaller company. Update since your reply - for Stacy. I have already gone through the complaints procedure before I wrote this first review. They didn't do anything, was not interested. Said they would get the wgc branch to contact me. They failed to contact me twice before when promised so that's why I put the complaint in in the first place. So unprofessional. I am truly disgusted by your response! No I will not email you again. You should be able to find my complaint yourself!
