Hired a van to move furniture into storage. Good welcome in reception from two friendly and professional members of staff. Given a walk around check of a Transit 3.5 t van, which was nearly new and in good order. Full mutual van check conducted and damage agreed. It was explained that this branch ran a like for like on fuel for the hire. The van was excellent. The vehicle was returned later in the afternoon, and the return procedure was quick and friendly. Highly recommended.

Shocking. Booked hire car received confirmation and even told to arrive and Enterprise were expecting me not only by phone but also email. Told 2 minutes before arriving in a taxi that there was no car for me. Now missed very important meeting and potential new business contract as unable to stress tomorrow. Really bad. Pay more and use a family business who go that extra mile.

Awful experience. Returned van only to be told they have spotted a crack on indicator lens. This "crack" was approx 15mm in length and was barely visible with the background of the reflective lens. Could easily have been there and not documented on initial pick up. My bad for not bringing my magnifying glass on pick up. To cut a long story short I have been charged invoiced £206.09 for a lens costing approx £15. My advice, spend a veeeery long time going over the vehicle before you accept that there is no damage. Has left a very bad taste in the mouth.

Had an excellent experience recently and found Fareena an absolute pleasure to deal with. Due to the recent train disruption as a result of the heatwave we decided to split our party and rent a car. We had initially rented a 5-seater SUV via the website as there were no larger vehicles available at that location. Following a quick query, Fareena was able to source a 9-seater van from another location and make it available within a few hours. This meant we could all travel as a larger group and ensured we made it to our destination on the same day.
