If I could give this place 0 stars I would. First off, the place was filthy. Looked like it hadn’t been hoovered in over a week and rubbish all over the floor. Not the best impression especially for a new customer. I had paid before picking up the rental and they didn’t have available they type of car I had paid for. Absolutely ridiculous. Then told me they had my type I paid for coming in later. What good is that? Also told me any ‘golf ball size damage’ would be £1,500. Literally having a laugh. Left it. Will not be going back and certainly don’t recommend. Have raised a dispute payment with the bank as the guy who dealt with me this morning was useless.

The process for collecting and returning the hire car was straightforward, and the car, a Kia Ceed was in good condition and comfortable. The reason for 4/5 stars is that a fair amount of minor damage wasn’t pre-listed on the damage report. That, perhaps intentionally, puts the onus on the person renting the car to detail existing damage to not be found liable for it later. It’d be nice for once if the rental company did this for its customers.

Thieves and scam artists. Pre existing and tiny damage on a tyre, claimed I’d done it and expected me to pay £100 to replace the tyre. Will never rent from these con merchants again

Jay was the only one I went to with anything and he's been super helpful and reassuring too. Couldn't ask for anything more. Really really impressed.
