Amazing service, easy booking in system on the website. Had a bit of a hiccup, unfortunately the system was wrong and they didn't have the van that I required, called me first thing to let me know but said they could get me one around 3:30pm but I needed it from 10am and only for today, Harry said he would make some calls and to give him an hour, 5 minutes later he said he's found a van which he could collect from Grays but it would be with me by 12pm - Not ideal but better than 3:30. Service was first class from booking, collection and drop off.

Awful service. Electric car pushed onto me because my car wasn't ready, after trying to get rid of the car with two people before me. Didn't really leave me with a choice to say no after repeatedly advising I don't really know how it works with charging etc. Received parking fine for charging car in the wrong place, Enterprise sent this two weeks late which put the cost up on the PCN. After pushing back I have had no response and charged £35 for the privilege. Absolute joke of a branch.

Bunch of scammers! Never use! They are trying to charge me £300 for fixing spindles on working windscreen wipers! Disgusting and diabolically bad service. They give out their broken cars to you, claim you have broken them and then charge you to fix them!! Absolutely awful business Edit: 1/03/2023: So even after paying the disgusting £300 invoice, I have been charged twice again anyway 14 days later!!! I am absolutely disgusted at the audacity of how you guys have charged me twice for an damage report invoice! I know it was stated in the invoice document but I expect to not be charged twice regardless if i’ve paid upfront!! Be warned of using this service!

Overall a great experience at this Enterprise branch. All staff were friendly and professional, and the whole process was efficient and clear. I was given a Toyota CH-R Hybrid Auto, which was clean and had no issues over the 3 day hire. I have used other rental companies and it's good to see here that the employees that are happy, care about the clients and treat them all professionally, I even had a courtesy call a few days later to check if I was satisfied.

I wouldn’t even give them a 1 star. Since hiring a car with them my son has had problems that were not even his fault. They talked with expressing sympathy but have since shown no compassion and the communication has been poor. Particularly Emma Holt the manager who is rude and has led us a merry dance to a different branch. DO NOT USE
