I think you get a good measure of a well run organisation when problems arise and how they deal with them. The car I hired developed a fault out of town and outside of business hours. Between Enterprise and the AA they picked us up and got us to another branch to collect a new vehicle the same day. Olivia and her team sorted everything and made sure I left a happy customer. An excellent car-rental company on the outskirts of Scarborough, with a helpful, friendly team who made the booking process very easy, explaining the rental options clearly and succinctly, and who supplied an immaculate vehicle for a very reasonable price. I shall certainly use them again. On the day of return the weather was harsh, with snow and ice everywhere, and the branch manageress afterwards kindly ferried me back to the town. What can I say but A Big Thank You!
