Appalling service. Rang up over a week in advance to change my long term hire car. Worked around their timings to get there on a Friday after work. Had confirmed that a hybrid would be available for exchange. When i turned up, they told me they didn't have any available and to basically just deal with the car I had. Shocking from Ali. They also don't reply to the Care@enterprise email they reply to the bad reviews with.
