The vehicle was due to be ready on 20/2/23, when I went to collect the vehicle it was not at the location. I waiting for it to arrive and was told it would need to be valeted. By valeted I assume it meant hard surfaces wipd down, the vehicle was dirty inside amd had not been cleaned externally meaning that assessing the vehicle externally was not able to be done. The car sounds like a bag of old nails and has the initial acceleration of a tortoise laden with weight. Generally a dreadful experience and car provided.
