Got a courtesy car via the insurance for quite a while. One day had a puncture. Called them and they immediately booked it into National Tyres. So sorted that problem is about an hour. When taking it back there wasn't any of the long scrutinising looking for damage like we expected. We just pointed out a minute dent from another car door. He said yeah that's fine, did a quick walk around checked the interior and milage and that was that. Nothing like the warnings I got from other people so 5 out of 5!
