Recently used them. Didn’t get the car was promised, later adjusted but provided me a damaged, dirty filthy car. Reported straightaway but nothing done to rectify the issue. Requested to get a drop off when retuning the car bit was refused. Previously used South Reading and Oxford Road store, had no issues. Clearly QPark store is too busy to care for their customers.
