Professional and straight-forward service. Easy to navigate website and helpful staff. Harry was the main point of contact throughout our hire. He thoroughly inspected the car alongside me before driving out and did the same upon return. He was personable and made sure to answer all of our questions before and after the hire. Pleased with the service and would return if we ever needed to hire another vehicle.

Don't go here. I used to go here because it was close and convenient. The staff were so nice and friendly, and I went there enough to get regular upgrades. And then something changed. The following happened the past few times I went there: - They gave me an "upgrade" (actually an older car) and tried to charge me for the tyres because they had significant wear on them they hadn't found the first time - Three times in a row, they tried to rush me out the door without inspecting the car, and then when I arrived back they used a microscope to evaluate the car--and always found some sort of issue. Fortunately, all three times I had video evidence that the car was already damaged, but they still tried to pull the wool over my eyes - The last time I'll ever go there, I had booked a larger car, showed up, and they tried to stick me with a small car. When I told them it wasn't the car I ordered, they said it was the only car they had available and I could "take it or leave it." Obviously it was going to be incredibly expensive to try and find another car on the same day, so I told them they needed to give me a discount since I'd paid for a bigger car. It was like pulling teeth to get £15 off the reservation. I won't be going back.

Hired a one way medium sized van. Collected from Old Kent Road, Lewisham. Oliver was a very friendly, approachable young man who went through all the details with me. I dropped the van off 24hrs later at Warrington branch, in the north west of UK. All staff there were also friendly and helpful. The van was great to drive. No issues for me. Thanks Enterprise.

Don't rent a van from here! Same experience as lots of other reviewers on here - days before my booking I reserved and paid for a large van that I needed to move house. At 5.50pm (10 minutes before the branch closed) - the evening before my booking - I got a call from Enterprise telling me that I'd have to downgrade to a smaller van before they said there actually weren't any vans available at all, so they'd have to cancel my booking and refund me. They seemed totally disorganised and I had to scramble to get something the next morning at 8am. Very stressful. Thankfully nearby PACE van rentals were able to help. Enterprise obviously aren't equipped for van rental so I'd suggest you just go directly to PACE if that's what you need.
