If I could leave a no star review I would happily do so. Enterprise’ model is corrupt, the car I was allotted was through BMW roadside assistance, was supposed to be premium but was actually a Vauxhall Insignia (!), I have no doubt BMW were charged the premium price however. Upon returning the vehicle I was charged the full excess for some tyre scuffs which I have no doubt were there on collection but I have no way to prove it and I have this morning received notice of a parking violation and an enterprise “admin” fee for sending me a letter before the violation letter can be sent on! In short, Enterprise will try to claw back every penny from the hirer in any way they can. I will not use this company again for any reason, anywhere in the world I travel.
