Booked a van online using enterprise paid for the van and fees online read through and was happy to proceed then later within half an hour i got a phone call of a lady from enterprise saying i need to pay the £200 pounds deposit. There was no mention of this online was told on the phone after i had already paid so i asked to cancel again no mention of a cancellation fee which was £40 pounds and so when i heard this i cancelled the same day the van was £62 for the day. I think this service is misleading and a way to get money out of you. You need to say there is a £200 pounds deposit instead of letting people pay then calling them up then saying you need to pay £200 pounds this is a crafty way to make money off people. I won't be using this untrustworthy company again plus the lady on the phone her literature was appalling sounded like she was from the ghetto oh and she forgot to mention the cancellation fee you only find out about the cancellation fee when the funds come back from them £62 to £21.99 pounds back mmm surprise surprise so if your reading this anyone thinking of hiring a vehicle from ENTERISE..! MORE EXITPRICE please remember you need to pay £200 pounds deposit they will tell you thos when you've already paid for your vehicle. Also if you cancell they won't tell you there is a £40 pounds charge if not cancelled within 72hours.

SHOCKING SERVICE Let down less than 50 minutes before I was due to collect the vehicle up when I was notified by a voicemail and then an email that they didn’t have any vehicles available. No alternative or solution offered. Out of pocket and without the van I ordered. Asked for a refund which is now going to take 10-14 days which is unacceptable given they took the money straight from my account. NEVER AGAIN

Absolute crooks who invent damage to hire vehicles, then try to steal money from people's accounts. Google "Enterprise Rent-a-Car fuel scam". They've even been defrauding the government, so certainly won't think twice about defrauding you! 😂
