I had a bad experience with this company Ashton old road branch, and my insurance company arranged a courtesy car . I had a call from this company to give back the car without a previous notification and rude caller. My insurance company sorted this out and forwarded a complaint on my behalf. I will never ever deal with this cheap company again.

Absolute nightmare. Rented a one way van 2 months ago which already had some damage. Also paid for the extra coverage for tyre damage. On return I only get half my deposit because the damage report wasn’t exhaustive enough. There was also a nail on a tyre, but I didn’t get charged for it as I had coverage. I speak to this branch, agree on getting my full deposit back as the damage to the van was already there, then comes WEEKS and WEEKS of emails and phone calls back and forth to actually get my deposit back. And when I thought the nightmare was over… I get an email saying I will be charged for the damage to the van PLUS the damage to the tyre I had coverage for!! Is this actually a joke? You just took £150 out of my credit card for something that has been agreed, discussed and there is extensive evidence of me not being at fault! Do you even keep record of your transactions?

fantastic service from the very start, the team here are very friendly and approachable. I turned up here to get a courtesy car due to a recent breakdown and upon arrival I was offered an automatic which I wasn't too sure about. The guys went the extra mile to make sure a manual was sourced and even spent time showing me around it to make sure I was comfortable with it before leaving. Would highly recommend this place and will definitely return in the future! thank you to thomas/masood and the team!

Absolute shocking service from this branch, rented here 2 times and had issues in both, they didn't return my full deposit although the fault with the vehicle was clearly there when I picked it up and rented me a broken and dangerous one on my 2nd rental, have contacted the branch several times and was promised this was going to be fixed asap, 1 hole month has passed and so far nothing, call the branch they leave you on hold forever. Do not recommend to anyone, rented for many other places and never had such a poor service has in here!
