Good, new cars, with a quick and easy check in and return system. Only slight complaint was that window washing fluid was empty, leaving me unable to clean the screen during bad weather in winter. However, like all rental agencies, they make the majority of profit in 'add ons' rather than the base price and so try to push extra products onto you. With the fuel, there are different options for when returning the car. I was told that local garages would charge 1.90gbp per litre, but that they offer a 'discount' at 1.74 (plus their 10gbp cost to process the filling). However, I declined this and found that most stations in the East of England were offering petrol for around 1.54gbp. Basically, I would advise not taking any extra 'add ons' including supplementary insurance, as it is overpriced and you will find cheaper options.
