Exceptional service as always from the Lewisham branch. Collection was with Louis who was very swift whilst ensuring I had all the relevant information, Louis was thorough and tentative. Drop off was with Ummu who again was very helpful and ensured I was happy overall with the service provided, my deposit refund was processed swiftly with the amount back in my account within 24hrs. I prefer to use enterprise for the service provided by the friendly staff and the reliability of the vehicles.

Conmen? I raised a dispute regarding a charge made to my credit card for £250 for a tyre repair after I rented a van from your company. I raised a dispute for this charge, as the representative did not make me aware of a nail in the tyre until after we had left the parking lot. The tyre was inspected upon return and no nail was found. Therefore, I was not able to verify the presence of the nail in the tyre. I asked for indisputable evidence for the nail found in the tyre which I was told was sent via email which was not and promised a call back which I never received. I would not trust these people or this branch, you’re likely to get robbed! Still waiting for this issue to be rectified and completely distraught as I was relying on this money to get me settled into my new home following a relocation (hence the van hire).

Very smooth rental experience. The manager Jan was particularly helpful in answering questions and making sure everything went well. They also went out of their way to pick up our car on the backend, since we couldn't return it on a holiday weekend when they were closed. Great service.
