Doesn’t even deserve 1 star as 1 star suggests they did one thing right, these guys have messed me around for months, I have picked my car up and it is damaged, they bank on the fact that it’s your word against there’s, and as you know trying to claim and speak to people over the phone is near on impossible now days! I warn anyone reading this DO NOT LEAVE any valuables in your car and please be aware you leave your car here at your OWN RISK they DO NOT have cctv in the MAJORITY of there premises (and this is there get out). Now for the grand finale of this review watch down below there will be a reply to this review from someone ‘wanting to find out more and try to resolve’. This I assure you is a token effort and it DOES NOT get taken further, this is there way it covering themselves, please take this warning and stay away unless you want your car vandalised on these premises

Would not even give 1 star! I dropped my car here as it was booked in for repair through my insurance company, came to collect my hire vehicle & left my vehicle on site. The garage picked up my car 4 days later, within those 4 days my car was on site it has been completely vandalised!!! I went to collect my car on Saturday after the repairs had been finished to discover my car has been keyed all the way down the side of it! I’m so upset and the way I’ve been treated by the staff at Enterprise particularly Louise the manager is an absolute disgrace. She should not be a manager and in actual fact she should lose her job. My personal car has thousands of pounds worth of damage and enterprise are saying there is no way it has happened on their site. There is no CCTV either and my car was left on their property which is their responsibility - I did not sign any disclaimer to say I take any responsibility if any damage was to happen.. I cannot believe this has happened!

Really good service both dropping off and returning vehicle. Car as described, no problems at all. Took time to go through the rental car itself. Really good customer service from Jarrar all the way through - faultless from him, couldn't have been better. I used Enterprise due to a non-fault accident and Jarrar went above and beyond supporting me with that whilst my car was being repaired. Would absolutely recommend and return.

Very disappointing attitude from lady manager. I ordered a Corsa and was given a Fiat 500. I refused the car, and she would not accept that these cars were different sizes. I left without a car. Very, very poor.

Went into enterprise leigh on sea to pick up a car, the car was 1hr delayed. The customer service was excellent. The people on duty did everthing they could to resolve the issue and gave us a slightly bigger car than expected. 5 star all the way.
