Absolutely horrendous customer service. The 'manager' there needs to either retrain or find a job in another field. Arrogant does not even cover it. Awful. They also charged my card without prior authorisation which I will be referring to my bank. Avoid at all costs. ZERO STARS. EDIT: just had a callback from the branch manager who was courteous and efficient. However, the assistant manager need to be retrained or fired

Hired a car privately and gave them the benefit of the doubt when they were late, and only told me they would be after I'd waited half an hour past the pick up time before calling. My company car provider booked them as a temporary car hire, and I again find myself waiting 30 minutes past drop off time. This time though their office is closed, and so I am both without a car, and needing to call tomorrow to chase why they couldn't do a simple pre-agreed job. I expect I'll get an excuse, and no real reason given as to why a 30 second call to let me know they wouldn't be here couldn't be made
