My Volvo car breakdown cover services arranged a courtesy car from enterprise this week as my vehicle had gone for a tyre replacement, and I must say that the Kingsbury branch staff is amazing, especially Cieran. I was delivered a Merc at 10:30 on Monday night by Cieran after getting through the process, he even collected it yesterday around 8pm without incurring any extra charges on me. The friendly and courteous staff took care of my wellbeing and made sure they do whatever they could have done to provide me an exceptional service, given my circumstances. Commonly all the staff were very good, specially Bashir, khiran , vish or vishal, some one else I forgot his name, very friendly and understandable guys. The man who dealt with me the most is Mr Bashir, he was such a friendly, caring, understanding the customer needs etc… marvellous guy, I love to make business with him again. Lovely guys know the job well Also The issue I had with the payment £315 taken from me without my knowledge are refunding now. Thanks
