    had a reservation made on the 10th of January for a hire car of equivalent size vehicle to mine, popped in last week to confirm pickup date of the 21st February, on picking up they didn't have anything equivalent they told me the booking had been changed by my insurance my insurance tell me they haven't changed anything enterprise where quick to pass blame to others when its their poor/inadequate planning that has lead to this situation not impressed with the lack of effort in trying to find a resolution not recommended find an alterative hire company if you need a car

    Hired via the car club for work for 4 days starting the 13th Nov, went in on the previous Friday to double check as I had trouble with my account. The operatives there were helpful, turns out I was using the wrong app, so be careful there, so all was well or so I thought. Turned up on the Monday to pick the vehicle up and it wasn't at the yard. Operative then informs me they had forgotten that the pick up was at the franchise. Ended up having to sit there until they sent someone to retrieve the car which luckily was twenty minutes away and I'd built time into my schedule as I'd booked it for the ferry and mainland. Car arrives, tried to use the app to unlock it, no joy, tried a few times, wouldn't work, went to the operatives, they had to phone head office and i had to give my details again over the phone. Eventually they had to do it from their end. Checked around the car, I asked about the fuel card as I couldn't see it, the operative informs me looks like someone's "nicked" it, well how do I go about claiming mileage back. They said they'd check with head office and email me. All I had from them was a survey email. Bloody cheek. I've written all this on there as well. I'm now having to claim that back from work which is a total pain in the arse. No issues with the car itself though, once all the niggles were sorted.
