    Helpful staff but location was awful and more importantly the car, which we were to have for between 4 and 6 months, was an absolute dog. Nissan Qasqai (sp) with 40k, horrible suspension and handling. Thankfully it broke down after 10 days and was replaced with a Hyundai Ionic in Norfolk. Also 40k. That also broke down. Not impressed.

    Dealt with quickly and professionally. Had the car ready when they said it would be, the car was clean and also had full tank of fuel, the fact they allow you to leave the car at the dealership where you pick your own car up from relieves so much stress and headache. I would definitely recommend.

    DO NOT TRUST THEM. Car hire is fine but you have to access through NCP car parks and if you use their services they are supposed to clear your drop off vehicle of the NCP charge. They cannot be bothered to do this! After my hire in July i now have a final stage £170 Debt Collection issue as despite the manager Al-Badry insisting in August, then October it was being taken care of, absolutely nothing was done. DO NOT TRUST A WORD HE SAYS. Now escalated to their head office and it is finally being dealt with. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. UNTRUSTWORTHY. UPDATE... Finally a confirmed cancellation of debt collectors from NCP after having to email a number of people at Enterprise. I received a single line email back with not an apology in sight, they could not give a flying **** about wasting my time and the anxiety of the escalating situation against me personally. The lack of care for their customers, let alone the very real incompetence displayed by the Hemel Hempstead staff in letting the situation get to this in the first place, is astonishing. After three opportunities to do the right thing, by simply doing their job, they have shown the contempt they hold their customers in each time. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. UNTRUSTWORTHY.
