Arlind Vladi was incredibly helpful. I booked a van but after I arrived I realized it was manual and I couldn't drive it despite paying for it. Arlind immediately pinged nearby Enterprises to help me find an alternative and when he couldn't immediately issued a refund within 1 hr and sent me a confirmation email. He is beyond helpful. Highly recommend.

Not a great experience from this branch. I have been asked to pickup a car in the morning. I spent 2.5 hrs travelling there and they said they don't have a car for me. I got a car after4 daysand car was damaged and they said that is how it is. Don't use them. #Neveragain

Rude staff, new manager thinks he can talk to customers anyway he wants. They give you faulty cars, double charge you for the booking and won't tell you unless you spot it on your statement. Terrible, just stay away from this branch

These guys are the best hire car company branch in the UK . I hire all the time and will use these guys. They are friendly, helpful , honest and totally professional. All brwches should take heed from here. Ross in particular always takes care of the rentals and I am always grateful for the personal touch. No matter how busy or underfore the team are they are always speedy, pro, with a can do attitude. Heads and shoulders above the competition.
