I pre Booked a car for July got a phone call yesterday to say if i was working i told them i was unemployed they told me they would not able to give a car because one of the cars got stolen and the person was unemployed. What a joke maybe if my name was Steve or David would have been better.

Wonderful experience and service with Enterprise Gravesend. Dan and Kaji went above and beyond to make sure we had the van we needed to help us with our move. The team was so accommodating and the vehicle was clean and an easy drive. Enterprise was also a much better price than the Hertz rentals at B&Q in Gravesend so all around Enterprise is the best local service. Thanks again Dan and Kaji!

Kaji and Dan from the Enterprise Gravesend branch were very helpful from start to finish. Very easy and smooth process. Great communication and customer service. Kaji took a lot of time to clearly explain everything and it did not take long at all to get the keys and on my way. Efficent process which means you are not stuck at a counter for 30 minutes waiting around. Drop off was seamless and did not experience the usual fear that you often get when returning hired vehicles. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to hire a vehicle with them. I will be needing to hire a van again shortly due to moving house and will definitely be a returning customer.
