Lazy employees, not willing to help anyone! Seems like they’re forced to work at this location! Assistant manager was hiding in the back office trying to avoid customers! Enterprise’s slogan is all about customer service which I didn’t see any at this lousy office!! Would recommend everyone to go to Enterprise On Palmer’s spring

Poor service. I booked a car weeks in advance for an important occasion, when I came to take it the guy tried to convince me to take electronic car and not gas and it was almost empty (meaning I'll have to charge it for hours now and also it's not what I paid for) I didn't agree so he made me wait 25 more minutes only to come back and offer me a manual car (not what I booked) After some more waiting he finally gave me the car I needed, he said "there's a problem with this car" to what was later appeared to be only an esthetic dent. Why would you rephrase it like that?? Overall unprofessional. Won't rent from them again.

Not living in england just a visit but Both my Visa cards not excepted. Is it the £1500 deposit security they cannot remove from my account.Visa Gold Debit and Visa Revolut, is this business policy or BREXIT. Shame as I have had a car from them a few years back. I'll bring my own car in the future and advice others not to hire cars in UK. Plus star is for the male employee, friendly.
