The van I booked wasn't available when I came to pick it up and I had to drive to the Alton branch to get it. When I got there, they hadn't bothered to fuel it either. The staff member then told me that the reserve fuel tank lasted about 100 miles but after driving 33 miles, it ran out of fuel on a roundabout. The van did the job and it would have been a reasonable price had it not been for the poor service wasting my time.
