AVOID. Zero customer service,try to return vehicle but advised to wait,upon returning vehicle money was taken from my bank account without my consent,despite loads of attempts branch never fulfilled their promise of refund, finally got my refund back after involving my bank. Wasn't a pleasant 😕 experience.

Booked every week for the past 5 weeks for 11am and every week they let me down except for 1 when they were on time, vehicle is almost never ready on time, waiting hours for the vehicle to be ready. even when they call to say we have the van ready onsite come pick it up, only arrive to hear its getting washed and it will be 5 mins …45 minutes waiting and then ready but seats are wet and my clothes got damp, my last encounter the excuse was bald tyres and it wont be ready till 4pm bearing in mind the vehicle was booked for 11am 5 days in advance. I told them cancel it as Whole day gets wasted. Gave them benefit if the doubt 5 times but I guess they don't care. Decided to use sixth for rentals altho slightly expensive i have no complaints with sixth. Last time i visited one of the guys that cleans the vans walked out the toilet with his trousers undone and boxers showing, no shame in this place from that particular worker its disgusting no care at all… families could be waiting and seeing that unwanted sight, no shame no professionalism here.
