    Update March 2023. Responsed to their reply via email, one week ago. Still no reply. Seems their CS is just as bad as the shop. -- Thanks for the upgrade, much appreciated. However, might I suggest that next time you offer an umbrella to your customer if it's pouring down outside, and also show the customer where the key functions are on the car instead of just saying "call us if you need anything". Furthermore, how do expect us to do a thorough examination for scratches, dents etc, in the pouring rain? All that being said, the car was clean, really nice, and I would use them again.

    I regularly use the branch both via work and personal hire. It started off with work hire during pandemic, and I was very impressed with the level of service and quality of cars that I started using the branch for personal car hire. It's been over two years and they have never failed to meet my expectations and always strives to do more. I have heard stories of colleagues who cannot get hold of a car or get last minute cancellations, this branch is by far the best performing branch amongst the Enterprise Corporate scheme that my organisation uses. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone I know.

    This out fit are a joke, small wing mirror crack and I mean the orange part of the mirror, to fix it I would say it would cost £5 on a very bad day.
