Hired a van from them for the day and everything ran like clockwork. Because I'd completed the admin on line through a link I was literally in and out on pickup and then drop off later that day took about 2 or 3 minutes. £200 deposit returned very quickly. Will use again. 👍

The van hadn't been valeted and sanitised as promised. It was hired for a house move, and a dirty van was very disappointing to me. Upon familiarisation with the drivers controls, it appeared that the windscreen wash had a leak and was firing onto the floor from under the front of the vehicle. I refused to drive it without functioning screen wash. The representative apologised and offered an alternative vehicle that was fully functional and surprisingly easy to drive. So, disaster was averted on my moving day. The process of hiring was quite simple. There is an opportunity to pre-populate ID, etc, online, and on the day the transaction went very smoothly in the end. I paid an extra fee to reduce the astronomical compulsory excess, and paid extra for an additional driver. The two staff members who served me were very polite and courteous and I could not fault either of them for their customer service as it was very good. Handing back the vehicle was also a swift process. However, it took quite a few days for my £200.00 deposit to be returned. All that said, I feel inclined to say I would certainly use this company again because the plusses outweighed the minuses.
