Car rental agency ‘that picks you up’ except it doesn’t. Each time I’ve requested this at this location, it’s not been possible (due to lack of staff). Very disappointing - Enterprise, you should be offering things you can’t make happen.

I picked it a van at This location after inspection and noticed that the van has 2 big damages to both rear corners and reports to the guy who was serving me and he said oh yes it's already been noted down on our system but Luckily I didn't trust him I took 2 good photos of the damages before taking keys and drive away. 2 days later I dropped off at different locations which I paid over £200 for hiring the van. At the drop of location they gave me hard time and told me no one reported these damages. I had to show them the photos that I have taken it and they let me go with my deposit back a month later received text messages and emails asking for payment for the the damages which is over £1750 I have spoken to them again and again even sent them the damaged photos with date and time but still under investigation it's frustrating Do Not Believe them at all when hiring from this company

I run a removals company in Brighton that sometimes needs extra vans and I would always recommend enterprise in Brighton. I have used other rental companies but enterprise is superior! Enterprise are organised, helpful and will bend over backwards to help. Often my business requires early pick ups or unexpected late drop offs, to which they are always accommodating. Second to none customer service and I could not operate my business without them. Hats off to Phoebe and her team!
