For me, renting a vehicle isn't something I look forward to, just something that has to be done on occasion. There is always that concern you'll be ripped off, picked up for someone else's damage, treated poorly etc. You needn't worry about anything like this with the team at Brentford Enterprise. Jordan, Sabbir and Ismail went above and beyond to accommodate us, even in the face of our changing plans and requirements. Not only do they answer the phone at this location, but Jordan lifts that receiver at the speed of light, give that man a medal! Sabbir was endlessly patient and accommodating when running through the details of our rental, never rushing us in spite of the chilly weather. On returning our vehicle, Ismail turned everything around swiftly, explaining what would happen next and again offering the chance for any queries. Everyone was an absolute joy to deal with from start to finish. If you need to rent a vehicle in this area, your search is now over. Listen up Enterprise HQ, you're lucky to have these folks representing you!
