Very Happy. I had an appointment to be picked up at 4.30pm from a car dealership as enterprise were giving me a courtesy car for a few days while I got work done on my car. Due to heavy traffic on my way to the dealership I was really late and Junaid was nice enough to wait for me, I didnt get there til 5 o clock. He was very polite and make me feel very at ease as I was expecting to be greeted with an "I've been waiting her for half an hour" but he was really understanding and kind about the whole situation. My partner and myself are very happy with the service we received and with how polite and professional Junaid was. The car I got was very clean and got me from A to B with no problems at all. Overall a very positive experience. Thank you.

Extremely poor service, booked a van online then was contacted an hour later saying despite them taking full payment online they didn't have a van and I fact it was my fault for booking it. The customer service member then proceeded to say would have one for 3pm but that was then chanced after he rang me back ten mins later saying they had cancelled the booking because they didn't like how they was spoken to. After I reminded him that all of my calls where recorded he said its not what I said but how I said it which was absolutely ridiculous considering this company had taken money for a van they clearly didn't have and then said I'd get my refund in a week or so. Shambolic service avoid at all costs

Just dropped the van back after hiring for the day, as you'd expect the van was great, what stood out was the service received on both collection & return. I hired a mini bus from here several years ago & the service was OK, today it was exceptional! The hire price for the van was good too, so all in all, huge improvement & thanks. Will definitely hire from here 1st next time.

Enterprise have been nothing short of amazing. BMW have been nothing but difficult, supplying us with an unsuitable car that was needed to go away for the weekend. Not only was Jake relaxed, but he pushed to get us go have a suitable car for our weekend away. Cannot recommend using this branch enough. Every member of staff has been awesome!

If i could give 0 stars I would. I got messed about by their out of hours agent and then staff at the branch offered to refund the uber it cost me and some extra back to leave a good review on the survey even though the service I received was pathetic. I stupidly did! What's funny is they didn't even follow up with the refund so they blatantly lied to me! Now unfortunately I have to get a car from them tomorrow. Regardless of how they treat me I'm definitely going to be slating them and give them a scathing review this time!
