Extremely bad service - I booked a van a week in advance and 30 mins before collection they told me they had no vans as they needed a service apparently! The receptionist lied to me and told me they tried to contact me to inform me. The only call I had was the day before confirming the booking and would I like to check in early. No email, no other calls. They said the van would be ready in 2 hours! They never called to let me know it was ready for collection. DO NOT PRE PAY AND HAVE A BACK UP ALTERNATIVE.

I use the Caxton Road branch weekly. And I must say I receive First Class service from either Jethro, Nikki & Tom every time! They are always helpful, patient, thorough & willing to explain the cars with a welcoming calm demeanor. It's a pleasure to use this branch as I have used many rental companies over the years, yet none can meet the service you receive here. Thank you team for making it an effortless pleasant experience. 10/10

This branch doesn't operate in good faith. Rented a car via my insurance company and when returned the car was charged for a new tyre (damage on the side wall). I am 100% certain the damage was not caused by me but since cannot prove it was there before I am being charged anyway. For that branch 2 options. Or don't use it or ensure a picture of every cm2 of the car is taken before driven it off. Like I said, I am 100% secure I haven't cause any type of damage in the car.
