If i could rate a zero rating i would!! I booked a car 3-4 weeks prior for a home delivery/collection (providing more than sufficient time to organise) They phoned me almost immediately, but as I was at work they asked when would be best to speak, I advised... no return call. A week later they call again, this time we speak, they informed me that they were low on vehicles and that they would have to now charge me from before the bank holiday weekend. Later called again to advise me that they would drop me a vehicle off after work hours on a saturday, then they never turned up. Now I have no vehicle for Monday morning and im supposed to be training a team in Coventry. So i contacted head office, and literally no support or care was given, just a "we can raise a ticket" or "if you can make your way to an airport" situation. Not ok!! 👎
