SO ANGRY! My husband arranged a rental for same day collection from Southampton Airport on 04/10/2022 as my car broke down and he was flying out of the country early next day. We arrived at 6:30 and were told there were no cars for us - the Guy in the garage said he would call rent-a-car and explain we had turned up but there was nothing for us but instead said we turned up with the incorrect information! We have been trying to get £180 back for the past two weeks and have just been told Enterprise said the non-collection was our fault! So angry - I think its appalling customer care and Enterprise need to sort this out. Not oly did we waste time and money to get there in addition to the lack of available cars - but then to blame us?! The booking was under Amy Walker - collection at 6:30 of 04/10/2022 we turned up with ID, credit card, and our booking reference and were assured he would call Rent-a-car and explain.
