My mum got a hire from here today and the lady saba was absolutely fantastic to deal with she had a queue of customers waiting and she was on her own. She had rude customers complaining about not being picked up from the terminal and the signs not being clear but she dealt with the situation very politely and had a smile on her face throughout. We were last in the queue she was just so happy but I could see it was a stressful day with people bringing cars back and people picking cars up. I wish people were nicer enterprise staff work so hard every time we fly into Eastmidlands, stop being rude to staff complaining about not being picked up and complaining about signs just use your phone it really is not that hard to get to the place. Mum and I walked about 8-10 minutes. Thank you saba for being such a happy person to deal with I hope she sees this
