Dreadful experience - booked three times. First time the (electric) car was uncharged and they needed to swap me. When I came to return the car - the space was blocked. Next time the hire was cancelled on the morning and rebooked to something 8 miles away. I cancelled this and checked that the remaining reservation would be fine. Was assured it was. You guessed it - same thing happened again! I was a regular user of Zipcar in London, and I expected the same. It’s not. Appalling service - why a car company of this size is unable to a. Keep two cars on the road and b. Understand that spending £38 on taxi fares to collect a car (still waiting for the money back) is not a valid service. Avoid
