Initial consultation went well, Dr Savundra was nice, however trying to get in contact with Doctor after this has been a very hard experience. Have emailed multiple times and also called to try and get a response but no luck at all. Told by receptionist that I would receive a response soon. It's been 8 weeks since the last response. Was promised a free follow up appointment after paying £300 for the first consultation, however have had no luck in booking this follow up suprisingly
