Nothing bad to say about these guys and this shop - although I order online and have it shipped up to Edinburgh but I promise to visit in person when next in the area. Great products that do what they say on the very informative and easy to use website. Call and you get friendly, professional...no, superb service. Products arrive swiftly and securely. I once had an issue with sizing of shoes (always a concern when not tried-on) and the subsequent return and refund was a breeze. Amongst items I have purchased are a practice sword and Bo staff. Both are excellent. When ordering clothing I have followed advice on the website and when in doubt a quick call has straightened things out.
