This place gained all its 5 star reviews before it got taken over and doubled all its prices! Should not be able to live off the former company's hard work. Please be aware this is not a 70 year family company as still described...its now a chain vet surgery that is now very much money orientated. It is not the same company that was taken over by Lynwood and yet they still live off the reputation when the vets are all different people!

*Edited review for 2023* Absolutely shocking since its been taken over. Staff are useless, wanted me to go down with my pet guilt tripping me into being a bad person as I couldn't until 5pm onwards due to having pneumonia. We've since changed vets. Won't use ever again

An amazing place my poor fur baby Gracie was taken ill and they worked so hard to get her well again unfortunately Gracie passed 😪 they were so understanding, empathetic and gave me time to come to terms with it and bring her home. Such a professional practice and that includes all members of staff I would recommend Ensbury Vets to anyone who asked
