Even your response to a customer shows you're quite unprofessional. Telling a customer she lacks human feelings for asking you to deliver what you took money from her for. It's unfortunate you would go so low as to lieing . Has she ever spoken to any of your staff before? It's such a shame. You truly do lack integrity. I would advise anyone shopping from this store to tread with caution.

I had a very horrible experience. The owner showed zero integrity. Displayed a product that was sold out, made me pay for it including delivery, delivered my orders without a product and didn't mention it was sold out before delivering the rest. Promised to deliver the product when available but never kept to his words. Rather became very rude when I asked for it.
