I recently contacted Ennes Global for a bridge loan in Dubai. As a self-employed non-resident moving to Dubai, I was aware of the limited mortgage options available, with most banks offering only a 50% LTV. However, after visiting the Ennes Global website and reading about their services, I was hopeful that they could provide the support I needed. Unfortunately, my experience with Ennes Global has been disappointing. Despite their website stating that they offer bridge loans in Dubai with no minimum or maximum loan amount, I was informed by Jack in Dubai that the claim was false. The communication process with Jack has been rigid, with little flexibility or understanding of the company structures. It was too complex, although we are only operating two holding structures. As someone who was eager to work with Ennes Global, I am disappointed by the lack of transparency and communication in the process. I had hoped for a more collaborative approach to securing a bridge loan, especially given the limited options available in the market. Overall, I cannot recommend Ennes Global for bridge loans in Dubai based on my experience.
