Edit - sorry but your answer is highly innapropiate, of course I was not asking about art. This is something serious, it is about my monthly pay and your response is not funny. It would be much better if you were respectful and tried to find out what questions your didn't know about to improve the experience of other people wanting to join. ----- I have to agree with other reviews that the initial paperwork and customer service could be improved - I remember I was a bit nervous about the process and I called Enjoy Benefits with lots of questions but they couldn't answer many of them. I.e. how the benefit could affect my tax band. However, I decided to go ahead anyway and try them as I had a colleague that used them in a previous company and she gave me good feedback. It also helped that the company I work for, set up a call with an Enjoy Benefits representative and she did answered our questions (generic questions, I had more personal questions about how the benefit would affect me personally that of course I didn't ask during this call).

Really unacceptable customer service. After extensive discussions and having set up the scheme 6 weeks ago we have been told we are perhaps 10 weeks away from the first deduction. There has been no prompting or follow up to inform us we need to complete more steps of a laborious process. Incredibly disappointed and unimpressed. Please rectify this immediately.

Edit: There's no Brenda at my company and the reply refers to some other case, so I'm obviously not the only one who has been having these issues.
