I felt I should give some positive feedback, in view of the excellent service i have received from Enigma Incar, regarding past and recent experiences. I know how difficult it is to find genuine, professional services these days, and this feedback is to help potential customers, as much as to thank Patrick for his expertise, and going the extra mile to ensure my requirements have been fulfilled. Sometime ago, he fitted front and rear parking cameras, and a new replacement Infotainment system on my Mercedes CLK 320. He has recently fitted colour coded Front parking sensors, and a front parking camera on my VW Caddy WAV. He has today relocated and modified the manufacturers poorly designed mounting, and resolved a electronic interference problem caused by an existing tracker fitted to this ex Motability Scheme vehicle. He refused to accept payment for this extra work, saying it’s part of their service. I cannot speak too highly of his knowledge and professionalism, together with a friendly approach, and an attitude that no problem can’t be overcome. Well done Patrick. I should state that i have no connection with Enigma Incar, other than a very satisfied customer, who will surely contact them again, should the need arise. Robert Johnson. Warwick. 12/06/2023

Not only has Pat faultlessly fitted head units, amps and subwoofers in two of my cars but he also went above and completely beyond to help me at home when I had a large disaster unfold whilst he was working on the car. Absolute pleasure dealing with Pat and Enigma Incar. Dead easy to sort out and arrange an installation time, even with a last minute change (my fault, not his!). Got my new DAB160 installed in my 2010 CRV and it honestly just looks like it has been there the whole time. Super knowledgeable about what he's doing, gave me loads of great information and helped get me set up once it was installed. I had literally no idea what I was looking for and he guided me through the process. Real amazing attention to detail and pride in his craft. Also, he comes to you so was super convenient. Top bloke and top service. Would highly recommend.
