I ordered this product, and their ICLOUD was down, and it didn't retrieve any information that wasn't already on my phone. I asked for a refund and they said no because it did retrieve information. The only information it retrieved was all the data I had on my phone. I emailed them and told them I was disappointed and wanted my money back and they didn't respond back to me. Not very good customer service save your money

I bought this software on 8/11/18 as I deleted a message I need for court on the same day at around 9am I have paid for this software and started to download messsgea at 11pm the same day and it has not recovered the message I need ? Website states act fast to retrieve deleted messages, how fast do I act it’s the same day I need help please as soon as or my money back this was so disappointing after thinking I will have this message back

Ever bought anything in error? This company doesn't understand that. Ever bought something under duress? This company doesn't understand that. Want shady sales tactics and subpar customer service? This company offers that and more. Worst experience ever. Buyer beware. Update: The company posted a response, but has done nothing to reach out to me. I contacted them and received no reply. Their apologies are for show. This is a dirty company.
