Ian is an absolute Gentlemen. I came to him with a complex task with a very short time frame and he went over and above to deliver and excellent product. The first draft came with a spelling mistake which he apologised for and rectified immediately. It was so refreshing to receive good no quibble customer service and being able to walk in the shop rather than mail order or internet / telephone was brilliant, we discussed the designs face to face and he worked on drafts while I waited An example to a lot of small businesses. I will use this company again and again and cannot recommend them highly enough
